Hello, name is Kim Motyka. I am proud owner/provider of Angel Kisses Child Care in Flushing Michigan. I have my Associates Degree, CPR/First Aid certification, exceeded the required 10 training hours per year and have over 25 years experience caring & loving for children ages 6 weeks and up. My mom has done in-home child care for most of my childhood, so I was raised with & loved having the daycare kids around to play with. When My mom was the owner of Sharon’s Playhouse home daycare in Grand Blanc, I was her assistant for over 24 years. I love working with little children, it is my passion. My daycare kiddos are not just a job for me, they are my daycare family!!! ❤️

Philosophy
Angel Kisses’ program is centered around the philosophy that play is an important tool in learning for young children. It is our goal to have the children in our care acquire new knowledge of skills and/or the mastery of already acquired skills through the comforts of home. Our balanced program is directed to the total child (i.e., physical, social, emotional, and intellectual) and to the idea that each child is unique. It is also our goal to have an environment that is secure for the children, parent(s) and staff. We strive to make each day a fun, educational, safe and a nutritional experience for every child. Families are encouraged to discuss and reinforce with their children the things they are working on at the childcare.
Location
We are located in Pinehill subdivision in Flushing Michigan, in a nice quiet single family home neighborhood with tree lined streets. Seymour Elementary is the elementary school that our neighborhood children attend.

Admissions
Welcome! These are the following steps I take for new potential families: 1st-Check out Angel Kisses Child Care Facebook page. 2nd-Call, Email or Message me on Facebook. 3rd-Brief phone interview to gather basic information & share information. 4th- I send out the informational packet (a condensed packet from my Parent Handbook). 5th- Parents look over packet. If they feel my program is the right fit for their family, they can contact me again to set up an interview/tour of my facility. 6th-I will schedule an interview/tour for parents & child. 7th-During the interview/tour, the parents can see if Angel Kisses is a good fit for their child/family and I can see if the child/family is a good fit for the child care. 8th- Parents can go home look over the Parent Handbook and decide if they feel Angel Kisses Child Care is where they want their child to attend care at. 9th- I will conduct more parent & child interviews/tours with other families. 10th- Interested families can reach out to me to enroll their child in care if the daycare feels their child/family is the right fit for the program & if their openings are still available. 11th- If there are opening’s available for your child’s age & child care feels it’s a good fit, parents will receive the enrollment paperwork, etc. to fill out & return to child care along with the deposit, etc. 12th-Set up 1st day of care!
