Shanita, lovingly known as “Nee Nee,” has always dreamed of opening her own child care program. With a heart for caring and a passion for helping others, she brings years of experience as a House Supervisor in a group home, where she has dedicated herself to supporting and guiding others during long 12-hour shifts.
Her greatest joy comes from working with children—nurturing their growth, encouraging their curiosity, and providing a safe, loving environment where they can thrive. Opening Nee Nee’s Child Care is the fulfillment of her lifelong dream, and she is excited to share her love and dedication with every child and family she serves.

At Shanita’s Child Care Program, we believe that children learn best when they are actively engaged in hands-on experiences and surrounded by joy. Childhood is a time for exploration, discovery, and fun, and we strive to create an enriched environment that nurtures curiosity and creativity every day.
Our goal is to provide a safe, loving space where children feel encouraged to explore their world, express themselves, and grow at their own pace. Through play, meaningful activities, and positive guidance, we support each child’s unique journey—helping them build the skills, confidence, and love for learning that will last a lifetime.
