Our program is led by Rosa Barnes, Founder and Director of Barnes Elite Services Child Care & Development. Rosa is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence. Her passion for early childhood education is rooted in her desire to support families and provide children with strong foundations for lifelong success.

As a childcare provider, Rosa is dedicated to continuous professional development and staying informed about best practices in child development, health, safety, and early learning. Through participation in Great Start to Quality and ongoing training opportunities, she works to ensure that every child receives high-quality care and educational experiences.

Our staff members are carefully selected based on their experience, dedication, and commitment to children’s well-being. Team members receive ongoing training in areas such as child development, health and safety, emergency preparedness, positive behavior support, and age-appropriate learning practices.

Together, we strive to create a welcoming environment where children feel valued, families feel supported, and learning happens through exploration, creativity, and play.
