Ms. Hiba Arrow, Director Hiba graduated from Rochester University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and Always her dream was to open a daycare named Phoenix Learning Center. Her favorite thing about what she does is developing relationships with the children that she teaches and their families. She believes that Teachers have a big impact on children’s lives and their families. Developing a strong community between the Teacher and the families can help support the child’s development by knowing each child as an individual and providing a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.

Our program centers around preparing kids for school, fostering growth in both thinking skills and physical abilities, and promoting healthy social connections. With a hands-on approach, we provide a unique educational experience focusing on early childhood development.
