Nuestros profesores

Hello! I am Elvira Monsalve, the founder of The Beginners Wonderschool. After moving to US from Chile, I was I was inspired to start my own program because it has always been my dream to design my own space where children can blossom and grow. I have 35 years professional experience working with young children, a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and I am also a Registered Nurse! I have enjoyed traveling the world volunteering my skills in underprivileged countries like Haiti, Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia.

Filosofía

At The Beginning Wonderschool, we believe that children grow, learn, and thrive by feeling safe, loved, and nurtured. It is our goal to provide an environment that helps prepare children to thrive in school and the broader world. In our program, children will feel supported as they engage with new ideas and learnings.

Ubicación

The Beginning Wonderschool is located in a welcoming, inviting single family home in the Old West Roxbury neighborhood.

Music Area

Children will spend about half of their time outdoors at mix of both my private yard and local parks and playgrounds. Connecting with nature lets children gain deeper knowledge of themselves and the world.

This program is whimsical. The toys that hang from the ceiling are magical for the young ones. With an emphasis on education and practical life skills. Great outdoor space for children to run, jump and play.

2. Tour our program

Come see what makes The Beginning Wonderschool unique. Please schedule a tour or attend an Open House event.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
