At Journey to Learning, our dedicated team of teachers, led by Director Hailey, brings a wealth of experience and passion for childcare to the center. Hailey, who has owned the center since May 2023, has been working with children from a young age and holds an associate’s degree in medical billing/coding. She is certified in first aid and CPR for infants/toddlers and up, has successfully completed all of her Idaho Stars Training, and is a proud mother of three. Among the other five caregivers on our team, two boast eight years of valuable experience each, while three are parents themselves. All staff members have undergone rigorous background checks and hold first aid and CPR certifications, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under our care. One of our caregivers also holds a blood-borne pathogen certification. Together, our team is dedicated to creating a nurturing and educational environment for your children, backed by years of experience, professional credentials, and a shared commitment to fostering growth and development.

We have three girls and the last time any of them was in daycare was our oldest and that was well over ten years ago. I felt very hopeless navigating the world of daycare again. I spent days calling and sending out emails and leaving voicemails. Every daycare had either bad reviews, was too expensive, or too far away. Enter, Journey to Learning. From my first phone call Hailey was absolutely the most kind, gentle, understanding, and wonderful director I've ever spoken to. Just talking to her, you could hear the love and compassion she has for her job and her kiddos. My baby girl hasn't even started yet and I wouldn't think twice about taking her anywhere else, that should tell you a thing or two. The enrollment process was so easy and streamlined, she was willing to work with us on every facet of the process. I could finally breathe, knowing that my youngest is going to be well taken care of and in the best hands, apart from my own. What sets Hailey and her team apart, she runs a Montessori developmental style daycare. As a behavioral interventionalist for the school district this resonated with me.
