Hello! We are Virginia and Cabrina Briano, the mother- daughter duo behind One Step 2 Learning Wonderschool. Cabrina was inspired by watching her mother provide high-quality care for years, and decided it was time for them to open their own program. This duo has a combined 30 years of experience working with young children.

At One Step 2 Learning Wonderschool, we believe that children grow, learn, and thrive by feeling safe, loved, and nurtured. It is our goal to provide an environment that makes children feel welcomed and at home. In our program, children will feel empowered to follow their own interests in a safe space.

One Step 2 Learning Wonderschool is located in a bright, spacious single family home in the Wheat Ridge neighborhood.

We’ve designed our care environment with play and learning areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests. Some of our favorite areas include nature area (for discovering nature and science concepts), reading / cozy area (for literacy, relaxation, and respite), and dramatic play area (for self-expression and empathy).

Children will have some outdoor time everyday in the private yard or outdoor space. Children need space to run, jump, and move!

At One Step 2 Learning Wonderschool, we want to provide an enriching environment where children feel free to explore and play.

2. Tour our program

Come see what makes One Step 2 Learning Wonderschool unique. If we are currently hosting tours, you can request or schedule a tour at the top of this page. If we are not currently hosting tours, you’ll see a “Request Info” button at the top of this page; if you submit your information using this button, we will notify you when we start host tours again in the future.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
