Nidia Sandoval, Director Nidia Sandoval graduated from the Central University of Venezuela in 2000 with a Specialist Degree in Education. After spending 10 years as an Elementary School teacher in private schools—teaching fourth and fifth grade—she fulfilled her long‑held dream of opening her own in‑home childcare program in 2026.

Throughout her teaching career, Nidia built strong, lasting relationships with her students and their families. She continues to stay in touch with many of them and takes great joy in seeing their academic and personal achievements as they grow.

Nidia has also trained parents on the importance of meeting children’s emotional needs and how early nurturing shapes a child’s lifelong development. As a bilingual educator, she is passionate about helping children become confident bilingual learners, opening doors for their future success.

She believes deeply in the power of small class sizes and a strong sense of community. This approach allows her—and her team—to truly know each child as an individual and to provide a warm, supportive, and enriching foundation during the early years.
