Hello! I am Carmy Deleon, the founder of Carmy’s Nanny Services but I go by my second name Betty. I have been a nanny for over 20 years and have enjoyed every second of it. I’ve always felt a special calling for taking care of others. I used to care for the elderly and then I began to care for children. I love creating bonds with the children I am taking care of as well as with the parents. I do my job with the utmost love and care as it is much more than a job for me.

I believe that children need time outside to learn about themselves but also learn to socialize with children around their age. This way they learn to communicate, share, and play with others. Not only that but being outside at a park or doing different activities is better than having the kids inside looking at a screen. With me, children will visit different parks and be involved in different activities that help their development.

This is more than a program, I like to create family-like environments. There is trust, good communication, and mutual respect. This way everyone on each end feels good. The parents feel good and happy about who they are handing their child off to and I as a nanny feel that there is a trust given to me to take care of their child.
