My name is Kesheia and I have an Associates degree in early childhood Development and over ten years working with children in various settings such as daycares, after school programs and nannying. I also have two children of my own and helping them grow from infancy has ignited my love for fostering the development of children. They help me learn more about myself as they teach me about themselves. I believe that children thrive when they feel valued, loved and respected.
Filosofía
My philosophy as a early childhood provider is to remember that children are learning through fresh eyes. They are curious, eager to learn, and are developing skills that need to be nurtured. My goal is to create a loving, nurturing, and supportive environment where they feel comfortable expressing their interest and secure in learning who they are. With a Montessori inspired and play based learning, each child will have a chance to grow and mature emotionally, mentally, intellectually, physically, and socially.
