The MindfulMe Academy implements an approach to early childhood development by integrating meditation, yoga, and overall mindfulness in early stages. Our program is designed to provide quality childcare for children ages 18 months through 6 years. Mindfulness in early stages will set the foundation for better focus, kindness, and emotional intelligence. The Mindfulness Academy will provide enriching experiences that will enhance each child intellectually, socially, and emotionally while increasing confidence, developing language skills, and promoting creative development.
