Hello! I am Rachel Ben-Ezra, the founder of Mami Daycare Wonderschool. I was inspired to start my own program so that I would be able to spend more time with my children at home, while also helping my community at the same time. My program has been in operation since 2012. My assistant, Ruti was a preschool teacher in Israel for 40 years.

At Mami Daycare Wonderschool, we believe in the importance of community, and that a child’s development begins in the home. Children should feel comfortable to play and learn through using their senses and explore the world around them in a safe environment.

Ubicación

Mami Daycare Wonderschool is located on a quiet block in a welcoming single family home in the Valley Village / North Hollywood neighborhood.

Children will spend most of the day outdoors in my private yard, where they have plenty of space to run around and explore.

Mami Daycare is equipped with child-safe interiors, new child-friendly equipment and amenities to ensure complete safety, security as well as health and hygiene of children. We also provide kosher hot meals which are freshly prepared on a daily basis as well as breakfast and afternoon snacks.

Mami Daycare is dedicated in providing an enjoyable and educational environment. The best way for a child to develop more knowledge is to combine learning with playing. Therefore, our Mami Daycare logo is designed with shapes and colors. Infants are just starting to learn about the world around them. Their development is growing rapidly, and by introducing them to shapes and colors through playing, it captures their attention while helping them, learn at the same time. We are aware that every child develops according to their own needs and abilities. And that is why, we involve shapes and colors in everything we do, from reading a book, dancing, singing, playing or doing arts in craft. Surely your child starts identifying and memorizing these important skills. We also encourage by saying the shapes and colors out loud as we explore in our daily routine.

We also value and respect the parent’s needs as well. Choosing the right daycare for your child is very important. We at Mami Daycare create a trusted, professional, and reliable relationship with each parent. We truly believe and are always mindful of the power of love and the special magic of having fun. 3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
