My name is Marcelena please call me Marcy. My degree is in Early Child Development. I have 10 years of experience working with children from infancy- school age. I have also been a Kindergarten teacher for 2 years at a Clovis private school. I love learning about everything child development and frequently take online teachers trainings. Filosofía
Explore, ask questions, investigate interests and play are some of our daily learning goals. Children are naturally curious and love the out doors. I have create a curriculum that is more nature based investigating themes such as flowers, animals, foods, fruits, how to grow vegetables, all about gardening, etc. When the weather permits I love to take learning/dining outdoors.
Ubicación
I live in a condo community on the outskirts of Fresno in the Tarpey Village area. I am a 5 minutes drive from the Fresno Yosemite International Airport. Near any schools include Viking Elementary and Tarpey Elementary. I am a 5 minute drive from Hwy 168 and 10 minutes from Hwy 180.
Acerca de nuestro programa
Our Itsy Bitsy Wonderschool is a modest in-home center. Curriculum is play-based/ Montessori. I include some Montessori materials into our everyday activities.
